Homework...

...already!

Quite right too. Tonight wee C had a book to read (pictured) and I had to fill in the reading homework diary! We had to read the book together and talk about all the pictures. Exciting stuff!

Tomorrow night it's 'common words' homework, featuring the word 'the'. More excitement!

She's still loving school, which is good (even if she thought the homework was a bit boring!). Day 3 - and apparently today was the day reality struck for some kids - there were a few weepers in the playground this morning according to hubby!

And poor wee D keeps asking if he's going to school too - he thinks he's missing out. And he is TOTALLY in love with wee C's best pal, wee R! He wants to hold her hand if they happen to meet while walking wee C to school, and insists on planting a big smacker of a kiss right on her lips along with a huge hug before they part. Wee R is a bit bemused by the whole thing... ;-)
