Kookaburra

Today is my wedding anniversary and we decided to go out and visit The Yorkshire Wildlife Park and The Butterfly House & Falconry Centre.

The Butterfly House was the better of the two experiences. I found the actual Butterfly House enchanting, as it was filled with all manner of beautiful butterflies, parakeets, the occasional fruit bat and it even had a resident army of leaf cutter ants.

For me, it was worth the entrance fee alone just for that experience as it was magical.
