Thursday 19 August 2010: Is it safe to come out?
This little creature surprised Pumpkin (one of our cats) and me. Pumpkin came trotting towards me to come in by the sliding door and spooked a chipmunk from the garden. It jumped onto the sliding screen door. We got the cats in and the little chippy dashed between the layers of stacked chairs for safety. It took a peek and I got my blip. We have hoards of squirrels but chipmunks are rarely seen.
