Friday 20 August 2010: Big Gav
Big Gav has come for a few days with his brats, so we took a walk up Arthur's Seat to entertain them on the cheap. Later on I left them to go some show at the Pleasance and I went to see Chris Mullin at the Book Festival. Top bloke. And the next volume of his diaries is coming out on 2nd September!
Last night saw Kathy Stewart and The Frequent Flyers at the Sample Room. They were pretty decent but I somehow ended up buying their CD. Or rather, Phil appeared with a copy (signed to me with love from Kathy) and I had to part with seven quid. Anybody want to buy a rubbish CD?
