Harivender Singh

Harivender Singh is form Punjab, India (like Santosh Singh whom Kamran portraited in June in the same shop owns a little food shop for over 17 years at the main railway station in Magdeburg.
He has the German citizenship and lives here for over 30 years. Nonetheless he has to face prejudices from time to time. The management of the railway station tried more then once to close his shop down - officially because it looked to messy. Fortunately some local politicians who are regular customers at his shop helped to avoid this so far.
