Arts Festival

We took a stroll into town to enjoy the arts festival. Grabbed a happy hour seat out on the patio and spent our time eating, laughing, talking, people watching, and listening to the sound check for the country music concert that was to take place in just a few hours.

If it was JT or Alicia Keys, we wouldn't have left that spot for the world, but it wasn't so we enjoyed a nice little walk afterwards. Out of town for a mini vacation. Just the two of us. Kids with Grandparents. The first destination vacation we have taken since having kids.

The clouds were gorgeous this evening. The air crisp. We thought that we would have 100 degree heat. I most certainly didn't pack for 55 degrees. Fun with each other and fun with our friends none the less.

Okay, starting to miss our little sweethearts now.....
