Mmmmmmmmm ... my new tamper has made a surprising difference to my espresso shots. They're much more consistent, and ... omnomnom :-D
Oh, yeah, Australia finally got a government today. Kinda sorta. We ended up with the least awful option, I guess, but it's hard to be as excited about that as I am about this sweet espresso. 8)
I probably should've polished the machine up beforehand, right? But this is real ;-)
