Vista Cansada

Vista cansada (or tired eyesight) is what they tell me I've got after my visit to the opticians today. It basically means I need reading glasses or, if I want to combine them with my short-sighted spectacles, lentes progresivos , or graduated lens. Now, vista cansada I can do without, but lentes progresivos has a certain dynamic optimism about it which I readily bought into....and in a big way, but I need to break that news first to DD before sharing here!

Vista cansada may also describe my photo for today which was a bit of a rush job as getting through my reading list is now a super urgent priority! Still it is a well intended exercise in colour taken just after a downpour and, goodness, how things dry up quickly here!
