dead city

Today I had a walk in northern side of the city, one of the oldest area famous for trading thus life is much much busier here. Streets are mostly full of people with laborers busy loading or unloading cargo onto the trucks. It's near impossible to see them fully rest, even on Sunday.
But as today is still the celebration of Eid ul-Fitr, there's no single activities spotted there. The usually crowded streets are empty, with only few kids playing on the roadside. Shops and offices are closed, leave only silence. It looks dead, but I'm sure it'll soon revive.
