Burst

Morning on the River Avon, near Bath, where it crosses the Bristol Bath Railway Path.

I'm told that everyone falls off their bike at least once when they start using cleats because they can't get their feet out of the pedals quickly enough. Is that true? I had my first fall this morning.

[PS. Just to be clear... I was stationary when I fell off, so not hurt - just felt a bit stupid :-) ]
