Wednesday 7 November 2007: OOB
Every Wednesday at the local community centre, the Sikh women's group cook up a big curry in the café. Went to meet Layla and Granny B there in the hope of replenishing the calories I'd just expended in the swimming pool next door. Arrived just in time to see them washing up the curry pot - all gone.
Slightly deflated, we strundled up to Out of the Blue. Bella loved the big bright room and I loved the enormously tasty lunches, slowly served with a smile at a mere £3 a pop.
You should seek out your local subsidised eatery - I bet you'll find some top grub.
