Phoning around

I had to make an unexpected call to a support company today at "Peak" time. After 10 minutes the fun wore off and the hold music started to grind further into my head as it repeated.

I wouldn't have minded so much if the automated woman at the start hadn't said your call will be answered in 15-20 minutes from minute 1, then proceeded to keep repeating this every 2 minutes for the duration of my hold time.
