A new day!

This morning I collected my long overdue new car. It was ordered in early June with a 6 week delivery date, but here we are in October before it finally arrived. I decided to photograph it before it starts to look grubby (car washing is not high on my list of priorities usually).

The second exciting new thing today was the arrival of a Sigma 18 - 200mm lens. It feels great - weighty but not too heavy (I hope ) - and so the blip was taken with the new lens.

The weather is miserable today - it is not in tune with the events of my day!

I tried the image in mono, but I preferred to use the coloured version because it includes the reflections in those magnificent lights.
