Lewis Chessmen.

This is a King and one of the famed Lewis chessmen.

We went to see the exhibition of them today at Aberdeen art gallery. The kids, amazingly, really enjoyed it as did we. They were great and liked the fact there was a Harry Potter connection to wizards chess.

On the hunt for a set now.

Off to trawl the Internet for a bargain.

Rainy day here today. Spent most of the morning clearing out another wee space I found in our garden today. Totally boarded up behind one of our many sheds. Contained an old electric fire and about 10 metal shelves?????
Now cleared for a wood store as after yesterday I need to start to stockpile wood for the winter!
