Sunday 24 October 2010: Sunrise by Sciatica
I have been suffering a pain in my right hip for the last 24 hours,so this will have to do.
As anyone who knows me willl tell you. it must be sore if I was up in time for sunrise ha ha.
I am only guessing at sciatica but I had the upside down beetle syndrome again when trying to get my jeans off last night.
Where is Doctor Bob when you need him lol
