Since 28th July 2010 my journal has been documenting the construction of a wind farm in the Terra Alta region of Catalunya, Spain. We own and live in a Mas (finca) which is on the line of the wind turbines, and will have two of the beasts within 300 metres of our home.

Apologies to those of you who were expecting a blip of a half-built turbine today, but all we've got are two cranes, and a group of men who are waiting for something... and they're at lunch at the moment!

So I'm going with a high-voltage electricity pylon amongst the pines. You can't have wind turbines without kilometres of pylons. No és possible.
