needy

There's either a fundamental problem with my rear wheel or some of its components, the technique by which I've been truing it recently or the stresses to which it's being subjected to by the roads it has to travel on (and, by inference, the construction of the roads it has to travel on which really should stay smoother for longer). It's needed several straightenings in the past couple of weeks since it decided to go Pringley and start interfering with the brake pads every time it went past them. That seemed to be the fault of one particularly limp and tensionless spoke but on several occasions since there have been repeat instances of noticeably soggy spokes suddenly appearing, both overnight and during the working day and occasionally requiring tweaking before going to work or coming home. I haven't started noting the offending spoke but shall have to begin doing so if it happens again.
