Butterfly Cakes

It was Scott sister Laura's birthday 2 weeks ago. For her birthday I planned on making her a cake however her husband had already bought her a cake before I got a chance to tell him. So as part of her birthday, I gave her the gift of cake whenever she wanted it - which she fancied for this weekend.

I wanted to make her something elegant, so decided on these butterfly cupcakes. Stunning is the only word I can use to describe them. I hope she will like them!
