Monday 1 November 2010: The clocks have changed...

...therefore its time to get the lightbox out.
Designed to relieve SAD - or in my case - crabbit auld moany bag sydrome ; -)

Its actually a bright white light but the light frequency & phone camera make an interesting capture.
