Tuesday 2 November 2010: It is definitely autumn
The trees on campus are totally aflame - a cliche, I know, but they really do look fiery. A colleague tells me that this year is exceptional and it's something to do with having had a hard winter. Anyone know if that's true, and how that works? Despite hours of leaf vacuuming this morning by our Estates team, the lawns are already covered again.
Some colleagues of mine wanted a photo of themselves having leaves thrown over them. I was only too happy to oblige.
