Season End

Another cracking morning, popped over to get some shopping as the sun rose.

Oranges sliced, ice packs out of freezer, eco daughter up and strips ready off to football for our last game of the season.

Our first seaon playing in the u13 girls' league, started in March and today was our last game. As coaches we have learnt a hige amount through the season and have see the girls really develop into footballers.

We took as many as the squad that were available today which ment we probably had too many players and had to sub out regularly. We won without playing our style of football.

Eco daughter took a sore one today and had to limp off.

So we finish third in the league and have only been beaten by the 2 teams above us.

A lovely day to end our season, and well done girls.

I have added this to my history of ecodad in 100 blips as it has been part of my life this year and I have thoroughly enjoyed it.

Off to the allotment and then to Glasgow to see Edwyn Collins.
