Crown

I've been meaning to try this for ages but was re inspired by Andy and his fireworks shot (which I thought was excellent).

There was a fair bit of trial and error, using a couple of different containers and dropping from different heights, focusing was a bit hit and miss as I had to manually focus on where I thought the drops would end up! Off camera flash and remote shutter to give me a bit of flexibility.
