Tram Tickets

My father who is 76 years old gave me these tram tickets as a keep sake. In the 1940's a form of transport was trams, and in his youth he collected the tickets as a hobby when the serial numbers were all the same, as in the shot from 0000 to 9999. The tickets all had adverts printed on the back. I have put a selection reverse side up to show a few. The currency was the old pound, shillings and pence hence the "d" after the ticket price.
