Rushed home ( via Berts and a couple of pints of Trashy Blonde with piglets) and then managed some less than stunning views of Tynecastle from the boy's bedroom window (he's away to London on some student demo - cool or whit?) before getting into mufti and heading down to the cauldron which is Hearts vs Celtic. That's entertainment. No scripted pish, here. Who'd have guessed that Lennon would have been sent to the stand with his ears bleeding in rage? Actually, it was a certainty. "It's a conspiracy" sang the ever ironic Hearts fans. What a larf.
Hibs did rather take the edge off it all with an even bigger win over Rangers, mind. And I got a blippy email. At the risk of 'bigging myself up' as young people would say, I can report that one of my stunning snaps from unstaged may be used by the National Theatre of Scotland in a brochure. Fan Dabi Dozi!
