More wreckage of our old town

Old Dumbarton Burgh Hall was vandalised by the council many years ago but the frontage was kept as a listed building.
The red steel griders were a cheap way of supporting the frontage.
Our town is crying help for some central iconic building to build around and they have one here.
The seem to always be able to build concrete monstrosities but cannot find the money for this Historic building
