Sunday 14 November 2010: Pickle-a-thon

A blissful day spent chopping, boiling, stirring & bottling.....

in the blip are an old favourite - Chilli Pickled Pears & a new never tried before Chilli Beetroot as blipped by Lynda months ago

The apple, garlic & chilli (can you see a theme appearing?) jelly is straining overnight.

The flavoured alcohol will be started next week, then hopefully that's Christmas done (the cake & pudding are already basting in Brandy :-) )
