Rye soda bread
200 celcius (fan oven)
250g rye flour
1 tsp bicarb of soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
175ml milk
mix dry ingredients together, add milk and form into a soft dough.
cut cross into top and leave for 30 mins
bake in oven for 30 minutes
