I need a delay circuit.....

Another experiment with the sound trigger but it is much too sensitive and I need to build a delay circuit into the board so I can dial when the flash fires.

today I have been involved in a training session about diversity. Diversity training is training for the purpose of increasing participants' cultural awareness, knowledge, and skills, which is based on the assumption that the training will benefit an organization by protecting against civil rights violations, increasing the inclusion of different identity groups, and promoting better teamwork, in other words treat people the same irrelevant to Age, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Disability, Race, Religion and anything else you can think of that might cause you to end up in court.
