Thursday 18 November 2010: Bay blip
Woke up feeling much worse than yesterday. Can't believe I have had such a time with this back pain.
I went to work today, but decided to call the doctor. I was able to get an appointment at the end of the day. The doctor did a few physical checks on my back and mobility and determined it was just a strained muscle. He didn't give me any medication but showed me a few exercises to help me stretch. He said I should be fine in a couple of weeks.
After dinner tonight we received a few packages via UPS. I've been busy planning Christmas gifts and getting some prints, cards ready for sale for my little photography business. Some of the items were supplies and a few things were some really awesome products with my images on them. I can't say too much more for fear I'll give it away, but it was very exciting to receive.
This shot is just another quick shot of the bay near my home as I returned from the doctors. Nothing very exciting, but that's all I've got. I posted a backblip from yesterday.
