Saturday 20 November 2010: Lest we forget

Lest we forget my camera. So - it's a dull mobby shot to match a dull wet day and a dull game of footy enlivened only by two fabulous goals, both of which came totally out of the blue.
There was a minute's silence before the game, a not unusual occurrence these days, but it was for Jim Cruikshank, who served as Hearts keeper through much of the 60s and 70s and who lived beside one of my pals - one of the few celebs in our little neck of the woods.
Went for a wee drink afterwards and watched some rugby. Time to get ready to step out to do a spot of neighbourhood socialising. Hope someone asks after my boat.
