Remembrance

Its a week now since Remembrance Sunday - these wee personal symbols from families remain, which seems pretty amazing to me considering the wind recently & the fact that this memorial stands right in the middle of the pavement, with no fence or seperation from those walking past.

To me all the more poignant because of the handwriting.
