Is it deserted? Leaving the block with 3 windows tightly closed. Waiting to be demolished. For another high-rise residential building. Branded with a grand name. Fooling people to buy the apartments and waiting for earning lots of money with crazy selling prices.

If new apartments are not for living but selliing, I prefer this old man standing as a mark left from the good old times.
