Saturday 27 November 2010: Looks like winter
Time for the first 'shovelling session' at the allotment. The birds were very happy to see us filling up the bird feeders. It's so peaceful around the allotment this time of the year which makes it even more relaxing to be there than during the 'proper season'.
BIG winter!
The highlight of the day was to watch a male sparrowhawk being chased/chasing a crow over the allotment cottage. Or perhaps was it the lovely chicken/veggie soup?
Our third blipday coming up tomorrow - amazing how time flies!
