Monday 18 December 2006: Deep and crisp and even.
Now this more like it should be. Clear ,crisp, cold days with frost on the ground and shapes on the windows - it's really Christmas.
Can we campaign for Global Cooling? I would like a Little Ice Age for a while. Lets have more Frost Fairs or maybe a Bonspiel or two with the local minister having a wee skate in the afternoon. That's what winter should be like.
So no more Bordeaux in the Highlands and coconuts in the Border - it's 'no' to Global Warming and 'yes' to a new Ice Age.
