Very hot day......time to go home. Washed the car of its travel grime, and after a wonderful lunch of fresh asparagus and poached bantam eggs Robbie and I back on the road and heading for home.

Stopped for more strawberries, a few photos, fresh veges and a coffee before the obligatory walk along Katiki beach. Final stop to buy an icecream and then finally home to a hot house groaning with the need to air itself out.

Robbie very pleased to be home settling down on my bed and staying there for much of the rest of the evening whilst I watered parched hanging baskets and houseplants and sorted out the travel bags and boxes. Have enough fresh produce to last me all week.
