Wednesday 1 December 2010: A Bad Day for Witches
Wind storm! The power is holding out thank goodness since I have an order to finish painting and need light to see what I am doing! A piece of my neighbor's roof just flew by. India is sound asleep by the door. Isabelle and she had a romp outside this morning. India was running too fast for her to stay steady and she wiped out - fell and slid across a patch of wet grass. I have been minding her for limping but she seems okay.
With this wind - witches beware of falling houses. I'll be watching for that as I would love a pair of red glittery shoes!
I was able to snap only a few shots outdoors today because the rain started up moments after I stepped out. I was able to get this shot because the twigs held the flowers in place. I waited patiently for a moment between gusts and snapped, then ran back inside.
Off to paint now and watch DVDs. Think today it will be rewatching the series The 4400.
