Unheeded Imperative

Back to the colonies which are about to disappear from my barrio. The words gouged in the concreted door as it was till drying read, 'Save the Colonies'; an imperative that has gone unheeded in these times of progress. Architecturally, there cannot be a greater contrast with the Sagrada Familia shot of two days ago but, hopefully, there is an interplay of light and shapes that you will find satisfying.

The Sagrada Familia shot has become my most favorited shot to date; it is rewarding that something I've 'seen' (and, boy, were there lot of ways of seeing it!) now finds itself in various 'private collections'! Thank you for the compliment!
