Thursday 2 December 2010: Queenstown.
Arrived in Queenstown after about a 7 hour journey by car, to a wonderfully hot day.
Went for a wander along the foreshore, and the young ones were having a great time sunbathing on the foreshore of Lake Wakatipu.
They also had a tight rope between 2 trees, and were having fun walking it and juggling.
It is a young tourists paradise.
On the Lake you can see the coal fired steamer 'The Earnslaw', on its trip back from being at the the Sheep station Walter Peak.
