Slush Fund

A lot of talk today about fiscal rectitude, budgets and hairshirts. On our road we would settle for a bit of sand or salt. Yesterday when I was going through the town I say a poor man stretched out on the footpath ( in Amerca they say the sidewalk, elsewhere they say the pavement) . The other day when I was in Dundrum I saw another man with blood gushing out of a head wound,he was layed out cold after having fallen as well. It can take a big toll on a person if they have an accident in the snow, so take care.
