Thursday 9 December 2010: Sometime Brute Force is Needed.....
I watched today as my Fitters disassembled the Differential High Speed Rollers, after 12 months they are in need of skimming and refurbishment.
After all the very large bolts are removed then the rollers can be removed from the housing but after a year of hard work they were difficult in removing, so Barry had to resort to a bit of friendly persuasion with a very large Crowbar and a folk lift truck.
This is where brute force over comes finesse, needs must I suppose.
Lets hope they go back in much easier than they came out.
It was very cold again but it did get into positive temperatures during the afternoon.
