Thursday 16 December 2010: Reflections on Rail Travel
Sitting in the station at Bristol Parkway, I saw this view, looking out over the deserted rail tracks whilst at the same time reflecting on the gathering masses inside the building.
Our train seems to have been cancelled, so the wait is on. It seems we'll be arriving at Paddington an hour and a half later than planned so it could be a long journey.
I have my laptop and phone. It's going to be OK.
