Not a Costa Brit in sight...heaven!

We travelled to a beautiful spot today called Sella, about 50k from Alicante. Sella is a small village of around 500 people which was so peaceful...when we arrived we went into a small cafe and got a coffee that was simply fantastic.

Toni was the owner and he advised us how to ascend the hill to the small church at above the village. A short walk later and we were looking down into the valley and had the place to ourselves. There were no church bells ringing as it was a little late in the day for this but the light in this part of the world was just spectacular.

Not sure what tomorrow holds, but I am so glad I have the 290 images I took today to remind me...

Note to self: need to delete some duplicates on hard drive before its just too late!!!!!!

Hope you like this, it makes me smile to think about today in the warmth of the boat. We have lovely company, cooking smells and a night of board games and laughter ahead.
