Saturday 18 December 2010: Don't get too close lady!
This morning we awoke early to loud thunder and lighting. It rained and hailed on an off all day. I always get a little excited when there are storms, because I love to storm watch.
Hubby & I took a drive out to the beach and around the cape. He found a few geocaches and I took several photos. But my photo pick of the day is this Brown Pelican. I captured one last month for the first time ever. This guy let me get fairly close, but just like last time, I didn't want to scare him so I just moved closer, very slowly. He did turn and give me the evil eye a few times. Best viewed in large.
Later we had a early dinner in town and ended the evening with a movie at home.
