Monday 20 December 2010: Snow at twilight...

We spent this afternoon running around doing a few errands that need to be done before Christmas, once we got out of Belfast, most of the journey back was through the countryside. I got my mum to stop on one of the quiet back roads, so I could pop out and snap this pic, I thought the countryside looked beautiful, covered in snow as the sun had set...
When we go home I tried making banana bread for the first time, it's currently in the oven, and looking good so far... Let's hope it tastes as good... I'll keep you updated. ;)
