One for the Tooth Fairy...

Forgot to say yesterday amongst the vomiting chaos, wee C finally lost her first tooth!

It's been wobbly for quite a while, and we only noticed it was missing after 2 bouts of puking, a douse in the shower, and a blow-dry in mummy's room. I really did think that it would be a note of apology left for the Tooth Fairy instead!

Luckily, as I was scrubbing the carpet clean with oodles of Dettol, I came across the missing tooth in the middle of a puke-puddle. Lovely. So it went under the pillow for the Tooth Fairy to collect. I'm sure wee C would have been far more excited about this had she been feeling better!

Today she is still unwell - thankfully no more vomiting, but she is still in her pyjamas wrapped in a blanket on the sofa, looking very pale and panda-eyed. Alas, she could not go to school today and so we all missed the Nativity. Gutted.

Let's hope she is feeling better tomorrow - it's the school Christmas party and we can't have her missing everything!
