We had this game burger and bubble and squeak cake for our lunch today. I just made a fresh batch of each so really it was quality control! The burger contains venison and pheasant with various herbs and spices. oh and I add minced streaky bacon too for the fat so they are not too dry when cooked.

The savoury tuiles in the background are for a starter and they are smoked garlic flavour.
