Thursday 23 December 2010: Merry Xmas
A lazy blip tonight, but I love this Xmas card which I have kept from last year.
The little caravan is an icon of about the 1950's - 1960's.
Families used to head off down gravelly roads to the beaches for their summer holidays.
You see an occasional one in a camping ground - or sitting deteriorating in a paddock. They they were very popular in their day. I never had the pleasure of being in one.
I am off on holiday tomorrow to the seaside for a few days, so will have to back blip when I return.
I wish everybody who passes by here a very Merry Xmas, have a great festive season, take care and be safe.
