Friday 24 December 2010: TROUBLE AT MILL
There's a couple of things about this Blip. One is that its not a very good image in my view. I think backgrounds are so important towards the success of an image and there's a big distracting dark area throughout the width of this one which puts into the " AlsoRan " catagory.
There is a redeeming factor ( a little story to be told) on what was a very difficult day around the traps today.
The two birds on the right had just done " Jiggy Jigs " ( which I did photograph but thought it might be a bit voyaristic to blip - plus they were all arms and legs and no one would be able to work out what was going on ???)
Anyway - there always seems to be jealousies that take place when this stuff happens at the rookeries and the bird flying on the left was causing mayhem.
It must be an Alpha male thing but they dont seem to like all the goings on! and this one was no exception
