Sunday 26 December 2010: Wiggle Wiggle Wiggle

If you have ever been owned by a Labrador or spent any time around one, you may know that most of them have only two speeds - on and off. Isabelle is mostly that way. I wanted to do some shots of Ming, my Blue Point Siamese, today quietly in the bedroom where the light is best. It is very dark and dreary out and a big snow storm is headed this way. I liked the idea of staying in and seeing what I could come up with with little Ming.

But Isabelle saw me take the camera out of the bag, which means running around looking for THE TOY and then wiggling every which way while I walk around with it. Catching her being still is something very rare if she is awake. It usually can only be done outdoors like yesterday.

So here she is - the wiggle dog with THE TOY in her mouth as usual. She's sound asleep in the big chair now as her work is done wiggling around me scaring off the cats so I could not photograph them today.

EDIT: This was taken a few days ago. I had already posted a Blip before this was taken and people had favorited that one or I would have switched it out for this.
