Lunar Eclipse

I went out to see the lunar eclipse just before 7 this morning. The shadow of the earth had covered about a quarter of the moon at that time and it looked amazing! So I went back into my flat to drag Samiam down to see it - and just before she stepped out of the front door, the clouds came and covered the moon - and that was it, no more eclipse :-(

So I went for a wee walk around NB in the early hours and it was lovely. I walked through the park and took this picture of Bass Rock through a gap in the trees and managed to get a shot when the lighthouse was flashing.
